Our 2004 Saturn Ion works great until the temp drops below 25. Then it often doesn’t start. Just a slight sound of a turn then nothing. If we then wait 10-15 minutes and try again, it starts easily. This happens about half the time during the winter weather here in Minnesota. Help!
