Intermittent noise in 2003 Honda Civic that no mechanic can diagnose

Hii I know I’m a little late to the thread however I’m wondering if you ever got the issue fixed with the noise? I bought an ‘03 civic coupe about a year ago and it just recently started making the same noise when it first starts up and occasionally when resuming driving but only with the ac on. I would love to hear what worked for you if you got it sorted out
