Injector control module

Hello all, just a question on if the Lexus 5.0 V8 models have an ignition control module, or if that is controlled by the ECM. I can’t seem to find any ignition control modules for the engine on the Lexus part websites. Again, I could be blind, but that is what I see.

The engine has been available for 14 years. Wanna narrow the year and model down a bit? Or at least explain what you are trying to accomplish.

I’m also curious as to what you are trying to do. Should it be assumed that the car will not run due to a lack of spark or what? You refer to injector control and ignition module both.

let’s cut to the chase

Exactly which Lexus do you have?

Which model?

Which model year?

What problems are you experiencing?

And what have you already done/tested . . . ?!

The ignition coils are controlled by the PCM, there is no separate ignition module like cars of the past.

The direct injection fuel injectors are controlled by an injector module that is mounted to the left of the intake manifold.

The OP is simply researching the ISF, GSF and RCF engines.
