Identifying water leaks in the 99-06 Chevys

I’m having some moisture and leaks in my car when I leave it in the rain overnight, the right passenger floor is squishy some mornings so I have to clean it all out and mold treat it but I haven’t had to signature smell yet. the underside of the door, plastics, where the electrical wiring is - is even getting wet. The sunroof is sealed and works fine as Ive tested that so I have no idea where its coming from, also the back is gutted and shelled with new carpet I made but sometimes the trunk area still has gotten wet once or twice, guessing I just need new seal for the trunk

Have you cleared/cleaned the drains for the sunroof and HVAC?

There are also drain holes at the bottom of each door. You may need to clean the ones in the right passenger door too.

+1 for both post above..

On this 21ish year old vehicle, are you sure the floor pan(s) are not rusted through and or the rubber plugs are still there and working as intended??

going to clean these… not going to lie I haven’t since last owner and I’ve had it for 3 years. thank you @jtsanders and @davesmopar I’m going to get these all sorted out and try them and I’ll see if they work! have lots of time today

I’ve never done this myself, but I believe people here have said that string trimmer line works well for cleaning the drain lines.
