Hyundai Elantra makes "tch" sound

My 2007 manual transmission Hyundai elantra makes a single “tch” sound in the front passenger side. It does it at high speeds in 5th gear over long distances. Also if the car sits for a while it will make the noise right after shifting to second gear if the rpms are a bit high. Any ideas what it could be?

How many miles does the clutch assembly have on it?

I’m thinking perhaps a alave cylinder hanging up or a release bearing hanging up.

It has about 70 k on it. Also I forgot to mention that at high speed (maybe 7mph) that when it makes the noise, it very slightly pulls back.
