My guss is that the car is not worth the 10 k your telling us about. Or should I say you wont be able to sell it for 10 k. That means more trouble and more in debt. What you could do (if you have a lot of extra time) is write to GM, Chrysler and Ford and ask them why 2 years later your car is worthless and is not worth what you paid. You could let them know that they got Billions of our dollars to be resqued and your stuck with a junk car that they made. This will not do you any good due to the fact they have there head right up there ass!

One other option is to find a Buy here Pay here car lot that does in house financing and try to work something out with them.
