I have a 1996 Honda Civic EX that I am pretty attached to (had it since '96). It needs a bunch of work, more than it is technically worth, but I’m willing to spend considerably more than the value of the car because of how important it is to me.

Cars don’t last forever. I’ve had to say good-bye to some wonderful cars, but sometimes one has to know when it’s time to move on with plan B. Emotions have caused people to act in strange ways. Keep the memories, not the old car.
