I’m not sure if that’s really a fair comparison, a well maintained X vs a POS Y.
However, if someone is in the market for a very inexpensive car, the Crown Vic really can’t be beat. They can drive virtually forever, easy to repair and there are lots of parts out there. There’s a reason why taxi companies buy up high mileage ex-police cars.
My 96 Accord has 220k miles. It RUNS STRONG. few issues mainly AC and maitanance you would expect with that mileage. Most Honda’s are running despite having no regular maitenance. This car is gold. I’ve heard Civics are less than gold though compared to the accord.
