Some guys “circumvent” the club by slicing right through the steering wheel, next to the club

I agree with markmast Duct Tape Specialist " I would definitely disable the starter. If the fuel pump, for example, is disabled, anyone who tries to start it will likely burn out the starter and/or run down the battery."
