I have an issue that I can’t figure out.
When I start my Sienna I have to hold the key for a few seconds or it dies. It is not the ignition switch. I had it replaced with a new one. So if it’s not the ignition switch what on earth can it be?
it seems like the fuel is taking a few seconds to get to your engine. maybe a weak fuel pump.
When was the last time you had maintenance done on your vehicule?
I’m with weekend-warrior. There was probably nothing wrong with your ignition switch and you wasted time and money. That’s the problem with throwing parts at the problem instead of doing a proper diagnosis. I suggest you have a good mechanic diagnose the cause and fix it.
