EPA est around city is 17. I can see someone’s driving bringing it down, but getting a consistent 12mpg in this car means that it is worth looking into some problem causing low fuel economy. Am I saying it has a problem? No. Have I been saying that it’s worth looking into? Yes - and that is all. Though I would need to know a lot more about how the OP drives to say how much it’s worth looking into. Why you choose to dismiss it, I don’t know. And I don’t care. The OP may or may not care, and I don’t care about that either.
