I RECENTLY TRAVELED INTO MUCH COLDER WEATHER THAN NORMAL FOR MY VEHICLE. I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY POWER STEERING MAKING NOISE AND ALSO WITH MY STRUTS. THE NOISE HAS GONE AWAY WITH THE POWER STEERING PUMP, BUT WANDERED IF THE COLD AFFECTED THE FLUID. THE STRUTS ARE STILL SQUEAKING VERY BAD AND WANDERD IF IT WAS DUE TO THE SUB-ZERO TEMPERATURES?? ANY HELP AND ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED
Hutch, You Forgot To Introduce Your Vehicle!
Please give us a make, model, model year, and miles. We get a better picture of what “vehicle” means.
Also, please tell us what temperature is “normal” for it and what temperatures “much colder than normal” are.
You mean some of the new noises stayed after the car went back to normal temperatures or that the car is still in the cold zone?
P.S. Please take off the caps lock. Some of the folks have trouble reading all capitals. It’s hard on some people’s eyes.
