The sale of the century. When ■■■■ closed, they sold their headquarters and main property located in MA at the junction of Rt 3 and I-495. This is a prime real-estate area. 2,000,000 sq/ft of prime office space with an estimated cost to build back 40+ years ago between $50 million and $75 Million. Sold at auction for $575,000. If I had known it was going for such a low price I would have bid on it. Within 2 years it was 90% occupied with 40+ different companies. Sold it 5 years later for over $300,000,000.
