Ford Fusion starting problem

I have a hard starting issue with my 2006 Fusion 3.0 V6 that only occurs when the car has been sitting outside in the cold (29 deg F or less) all day or night. The starter turns the engine over plenty strong but the car does not start for 6 to 8 attempts. Once it does start it runs great. The car only has 60,000 miles on it.

I have replaced all of the following parts with new myself without solving the problem:

Coolent Temp Sensor
Mass Air Flow Sensor/Incoming Air Temp Sensor
Throttle Body Assembly
Battery
Air Filter

Do the “key dance”… Key ON, fuel pump runs, key OFF, repeat 2-3 more times. Turn the key to crank. If it starts right up, either a fuel injector is leaking or the fuel pump’s check valve is leaking pressure back down. If you have a fuel pressure gauge, you can confirm this. With the right pressure test setup, you can determine which is the problem, fuel pump or injectors.
