Since they are so light weight, may consider an electric motor and a couple of batteries and just use it for very short commutes.

I found a car kinda like that in a ravine way back in the woods near my house when I was in middle school. Just the body of a '30s-something Ford. Nothing but rust. Riddled with bullet holes. Some jerk was obviously dumping a bunch of junk from his farm.
I then got in trouble for selling guided tours to Al Capone’s getaway car to the neighborhood kids. Crushed my entrepreneurial spirit early, that did.
