Catalytic converters and computers are warranted for 8 years/80,000 miles.
All other emission control components are warranted for 2 years/24,000 miles.

Pay particular attention to parts regarding owner liability for maintaining the vehicle. Many people ignore this aspect and believe it is honored regardless.
All you have to do is to open your glove compartment, take out the appropriate booklet (either the Owner’s Manual or a supplement detailing the many warranties on the car) and read the specifics for yourself.
I think that everyone owes it to himself/herself to actually read the terms of the several warranties in order to understand exactly what is covered and what is not covered, as well as the timeframe for coverage on each of the warranties, and luckily those details are only as far away as your glove compartment.
