What a mess. You always have the option of contacting the regional rep for Honda in that area. They can be helpful with situations like this, and it woulddocument the problem at a much higher level than the dealership. Make sure you let the rep know how well you’ve maintained the car - and that there were absolutely no problems with it until the dealership “changed the oil.”
