I have a 2003 Subaru Legacy Outback. A friend of mine did a diagnostic on it the other day and P32 came back as the code. Can anyone tell me what this means?

You have a couple of digits missing in your code. I assume you mean code P0032 which is, HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1, Sensor 1). If that is correct then the code means there is something causing a high resistance in the heater circuit for the O2 sensor. Most likely a bad connection to it or the heater element is shot. A resistance test on the heater elememnt connections will tell the story on that.
