I’m trying to install an engine in my s10, the engine had been attached to an automatic, but mine has a standard transmission. The plug in has a 3 wire plug in from the motor, but I only have a 2 wire plug in from the transmission. How do I decide which wires to hook where?
I am sorry that you are not getting any help here. Someone at a specialized S10 board should be able to tell you. Depending on the MY of your truck, you should probably be using the wireharness, sensors and computer from your vehicle, not the donor.
