fan does not run even when temp is at 210
Check fuse, check fan relay, check for current at the fan, and test the coolant temp sensor in the radiator.
But first make sure the radiator is full of coolant.
What year Eldorado? Never saw a cooling fan come on at 210. The strategy on most GM’s is fans on at 222 degrees. Fans come on when A/C is on? Is your car overheating?
