I drove 50 to 80 mph for 30 min with the emergency brake – do i need to go get anything checked out or should i be ok?

If so, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Most likely you just added some wear to the rear pads.
No… you need to have the rear pads/shoes checked. 30 minutes @50-80 mph is enough time to effect them. I have seen less speed and time do damage to a set of shoes. These were bonded and it melted the adhesive to the point the braking material had shifted on the webbing.
