I took a look at the Wikipedia page for that car, and it is obvious that the article was written by an ad agency or by somebody working for the car company:
“This automobile can complete the expectations of many Iranian families. Ergonomic design, acceptable appearance and state of the art suspension system are important features of this car. Saina passes Euro IV European Emission Standards with 1.5 L Engine and is equipped with ABS and EBD brake system. These features make Saina an ideal car to provide 0-60 of driving pleasure.”
The article is so badly-written that it is difficult to figure out whether the 1500 cc car in question has 87hp or 92 hp, but suffice it to say that “0-60 of driving pleasure” must have a different meaning in Iran than it does in English-speaking nations.
