Coolant seeping out from under my radiator cap

I recently replaced some leaky radiator hoses and now, I have coolant seeping out from under the radiator cap. Not while the engine is running, but as soon as I turn my vehicle off. I also noticed that my reservoir tank remains consitently just above where the coolant should be.

Check the level of coolant in the RADIATOR. Install a new radiator cap. Monitor.

Replace the radiator cap.

Have radiator “sniffed” for combustion gas…(blown head gasket)

Sounds like the rubber gasket on the cap is shot . . . get a new cap with gasket and keep an eye on your coolant level. Rocketman
