Have a 2013 Chrysler 200 convertible with a busted exterior door lock. Door does not have the access hole to change the lock. Any videos out there to show how to replace?

This video shows the door with the access hole covered by the rubber plug. The car I need info on does not have the access hole. Its a convertible so I dont know if that makes a diiference. I have seen this video and the vehicles are not the same.
Have you posted this on a Chrysler 200 forum? It’ll be hard finding someone that has had this problem on a low-production car like the 200 convertible.
