Changing ball joints on a 1994 s-10

i am changing the lower ball joints on a 1994 s10 4x4 can anyone tell me how hard this job will be and how is the best way to get them out

Drill out the ball joint rivet heads and drive them out with a punch and hammer.

Have you bought the new ball-joints yet??? GM has been having problems with ball-joins on this vehicle for almost 20 years. Friend who owned a 96 replaced his twice. The second time he replaced them with a set by Moog. This set lasted more then twice as long as the OEM sets.
