Carrier bearing pushes out of rubber

I have a 93 Dodge D150 and the carrier bearing keeps pushing out the front of the rubber. i have replaced it 5 times and nobody knows the problem. It?s balanced and straight and never been in an accident.I need help.

When you say it’s balanced- what do you mean? You took the driveshaft out and had it balanced? I would address the basics- remove shaft and check u-joints for wear and tightness, check all drivetrain mounts for motion, and then have the shaft professionally balanced. If all those things check out then we’ll go from there.

and, the slip yoke. if it’s binding it won’t slip but as your suspension moves up and down the drive shaft will move a bit too. the slip youke is supposed to allow for this movement, if it’s not slipping…
