air blows through system but never heats up.
Either the thermostat is stuck open or you have low radiator fluid. I have actually seen the thermostat removed in some older cars. I guess they thought it would fix some overheating problem. Other causes could be air in the system or the door for the hot/cold air mix is stuck.
