1999 chevy silverado 1500 4 wheel drive. i have replaced front and rear pads rotors and calipers recently thinking it would fix the problem of sticking brakes it did not. at low speeds mostly when parking the brakes will lock up or seem to stick. i can unstick them by pumping the brakes. it seems to only happen at low speeds and when i am turning.
A worn tire (low tread) can give a lumpy, sliding feeling when turning at slow speeds.
Are all the wheels locking? are they leaving a skid mark on the pavement?
What is your tire size?
sometimes bad brake hoses don’t allow the brakes to release Or are you in 4-wheel drive? That can cause a problem when turning.
