At low speed there is a slight noise and vibration in the frontend. You can feel it in the steering wheel. Higher speed it is not present. I took it in a MB dealership for warranty and they replaced the (2) front run flat tires. Noise and vibration is still there. Back in the MB dealership and waiting for a diagnosis. Anyone had the same issue?

Were the tires that were replaced damaged in any way? If they had bubbles or any sort of signs of impact damage it would seem to me the wheel bearings are a likely cause of this vibration. Share the diagnosis with us when you get it.
