Am I crazy or are the tire people lazy?

The C. force tending to throw the weights left or right when turning. Like going around a sharp curve. Which is where I usually find wheel weights, they seem to get thrown against the outside curb on sharp curves.

I must have misunderstood. I’m presuming now you mean that if the weights are glued to the inside of the wheel, the inside side is sort of hollow, while the curb side is flat, so there’s a surface on the inside of the wheel where the force of the wheel spinning will tend to push the weight against that surface, rather than off of it. Due to the wheel spinning, not the car turning.

The other possibility is that the new tires are Out of Round - and no amount of rebalance is going to fix that!

Yup. :relaxed:

I would submit that weights at corners are more likely due to things like scraping the curbs.
