I am on my 3rd alternator in an '85 Silver Spur. The symptons of a problem are a pulsing of electrical power, the guage indicating too much voltage and the lights burning far too bright.
Am I just getting a bad batch of alternators or is something else affecting the voltage regulator in the alternator?
