All Crown Victorias have hydraulic lifters, so valve adjustment is a non issue.
On many early Ford engines, hydraulic lifters or not, the rockers were adjustable…They have been making Crown Victoria’s since at least 1955 and perhaps before that…Those old Y-blocks required periodic valve adjustment…
Only on the “new” Modular V8 engines (OHC) is valve adjustment a non-issue…
