I hit a pal of tile adhesive. Although I didn’t do any physical damage to the undercarridge of the car, it is all over the undercarridge between the wheels. I can’t find a car wash that is open (because it is raining), but I did smell a burning type smell after hitting it.
The smell is the adhesive burning off the exhaust. I would use a self serve car wash or a garden hose to hose off the adhesive before it sets. Once the adhesive sets you’re going to have to chisel it off.

I adhere to a policy of leaving it there, but if somebody has a good plan, maybe you should stick to it.
