I HAVE A SEIZED AC COMPRESSOR ON A 1999 FORD TAURUS… THE QUESTION IS WOULD THIS MAKE THE ENGINE NOT CRANK?
It certainly could if the drive belt is still on the car. If the belt is not on the car, the problem is elsewhere.
