Hello all,
So I have an old 1988 740 Volvo. Recently the car has just started turning off when at low speeds. It doesn’t happen all the time, just every so often.
If you start pumping the gas sometimes, it will pick up again, otherwise, it just shuts down. Power steering goes out, electricity, everything.
So far I have replaced the primary fuel pump and the relay, and this still happens.
What’s frustrating is that I’ve brought it to 2 service stations and they can’t reproduce the issue and thus, they cannot diagnose it.
Any ideas?
