my 98 honda civic recently began having problems in the rain, it either will not start or stalls shortly after starting, was curious if this is a common problem with the model or something specific to my car?
When was the last time the secondary ignition components were replaced? These include the distributor cap/rotor, plug wires, and plugs?
This a common cause for a no start condition with any vehicle anytime it rains.

Tester as usual, is right, time for new plugs and wires at the least.
