this summer I have noticed that after the AC runs for a while (no weird noises, etc.) the cold air out the middle vents (between the driver and passenger) turns white. No smell really, appears to disapate into the air. Is this freon and I should be worried? We have never made any repairs to the AC.
It is probably water vapor. The air conditioning drain is probably clogged. Your mechanic can fix this in about five minutes with compressed air if you can’t find the drain.
