96 Isuzu hombre 2.2L MFI crank, no start

I have a 96 chevy s10 2.2l timing chain broke well driving low rpm and mph replace chain and gears truck gets spark and fuel to rail but no start injectors getting power. Spray starter fuild in air cleaner truck starts but rough and then dies. Didnt have any issues before it died
