96 dodge intrepid autostick

i have a 96 dodge intrepid with the 3.3 and a basic 5 speed automatic trans, i bought a parts car that has the autostick transmission and i have taken the shifter out as well as the tcm…will this work with the basic tranny and have autostick or will i haveto put the autostick trans in my car and will it mate up with the 3.3 considering that its mated with a 3.5
