Almost every time I hit a bump my Jeep starts to shimmy uncontrollably and I have to pull over to the side of the road and stop. What could be causing this. It started out being a once in a while problem and now is almost always. New tires seemed to help it for a while but now it’s back.
check all steering and tie rods , ball joints…/ please more info on what you have done too it …
Do a search on the internet for “death wobble”. That’s what you are experiencing. And, it’s usually caused by worn suspension/steering components.
