My Volvo 850 wants to rev up very high when starting or just putting around town. Very erratic action, I can knock it down by hitting the brake pedal or clutch or both. Thinking cruise control so disconnected that component, couple days later did same thing all over again. ??? It’s a 5 speed stick 5 cylinder.
