Buy two injectors and a plenum gasket. There is no reason not to remove the plenum to check the injectors, I’ll bet the last time it was removed the gasket was reused.

If you find that you need an ECM it is only $72.00 plus $30.00 core from Rock Auto.

Here is a diagram of the fuel rail/plenum, it doesn’t show all of the parts that need to be removed like the EGR tube and throttle body.
