VIN # 1N6SD16Y2RC358824 , MY TRUCK DOES NOT MOVE , IT GOES INTO ANY OF THE 5 SPEED MANUAL SHIFTER , THE GEARS GO IN VERY SMOOTH… BUT THE 2HIGH ON THE 4X4 SHIFTER DOES NOT ENGAGE , MOVE TO 4LO , 4HI AND NEUTRAL. I USED THIS TRUCK INSIDE MY PROPERTY IN THE WINTER , I HAVE SET OF FOUR SNOW CHAINS…I ALSO TRIED LOCKING AND UNLOCKING THE TWO FRONT TIRES WITH THE 4X4 KNOB/DIAL. thanks salvatore berlingieri holbrook ny 631-374-6232
Some 4x4s use vacuum to engauge transfer case, so maybe hose came off or split.
