Runs rough,wants to go when stopped,check engine light on,when lights on half come on then go in and out,thump in back
If the CEL is blinking- -have it towed to mechanic.
Even if not blinking, sounds like safest course of action is to have it towed.
What is the correct year, I don’t think it is really a 2021.
