Car does not start, even with a jump starter battery
Are you still under warranty? If so, only the dealer should fool around with it.

Then the problem isn’t the battery. Does the engine crank? If so, the starter probably isn’t at fault. If you can eliminate that you need to check–or have it checked–for spark and fuel. If it’s cranking and getting spark and fuel the problem lies somewhere else.
Bummer to have that happen on a Saturday afternoon. Now you have to wait until Monday morning to have it towed to your dealership.
Please let us know what the diagnosis is.
Try shifting the transmission into neutral and see if it starts.
If it does, there’s an issue with the park/neutral safety switch.

Don’t tell them you jumped it
Say it’s dead. That’s it.
