2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid - Once-sided AC

Heat/AC flows weakly from drivers window side vent and not at all from driver side center vent. Heat/AC for passenger side works fine. Can anyone identify probable cause

Have you checked the CAF (cabin air filter)???

If it is not that, unless you are Hybrid certified and even HVAC certified, you need to let the dealer handle this…

The cabin filter is clean, so the problem must be downstream from that.

It could be lots of things, HVAC head unit, HVAC module, electrical, mechanical etc etc etc… Probably going to need a pro level scanner/software to see what the system is doing as well as the pressures… This ain’t your 80’s HVAC system… lol

Does it have two zone temp controls? Are they set identically, then ‘sync’ (or whatever your car does to control both from the driver’s control) selected, and the system set on ‘auto’?

Thanks for asking. The car does have two zone controls, however the issue is that the vents on one control don’t put out air

I understand. Did you follow the steps I mentioned? Likely won’t make a difference, but it’s free.
