keyless enter malfunction

Is it not unlocking the doors? not locking the doors, not popping the rear hatch? not auto starting the vehicle?? not letting the vehicle start at all???
Dead key fob battery?? dead vehicle battery?? new key fob and can’t program it to work??

Hi ed16. I own a 2018 CX-5 as well. Mine has had trouble with keyless entry since we got it. The keyfobs run out of battery very often, and when they are changed, often the keyless entry still gives a “low battery” alert. I have started to change the batteries frequently.
