Owned a 2017 Subaru Forester. Mileage: 18500
Noticed lately that upon acceleration, I noticed a whirring sound coming from the engine or from the rear. The car is due an oil change. Wondering if there is anything wrong with the transmission.

The car is under warranty, take it to the dealer for the oil change and tell the service writer your concerns so they can check it out.
