How many miles ago was that rotation? You rotate tires to even out wear. sometimes that wear can give you a short term vibration in some circumstances until the tire “wear in” to its new position.
Sometimes lug nuts get left loose. If it vibrates when driving suspect that and stop driving it! If you can’t check the lug nut tightness yourself, have it done right away.
