how to install deer horns
It seems like they would come with instructions . I hope you don’t mean like the terrible fad of years ago when people put steer horns on the front of Cadillac 's.
It is the same as how to make rabbit stew first catch the rabbit in your case first catch the deer to get the horn’s

Do not waste your time or money,
I think they are called “antlers” and the first step in installing them would be to get a hunting license and kinda take it from there.
